We are excited to finally share that InTouchNow has raised £2.3 million in seed funding, led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital. This marks one of Ada Ventures’ largest cheques to date, and the first venture capital investment into an AI voice agent operating in the NHS.
It’s a big milestone for us and one that means we can keep building better AI reception for general practice and bring it to more practices and patients across the UK.
We’ve come a long way from our beginning as a human call centre supporting NHS services, but that experience still shapes everything we do with AI today.
This investment gives us the opportunity to keep improving what we’ve built. We’ll be investing further in our AI and speech models, expanding our multilingual capabilities, building deeper integrations with GP electronic patient record systems, and continuing our investment in information governance and clinical safety. We’ll also be developing new distribution partnerships to bring our technology to more patients and GP practices.
A huge thank you to the practices and teams already working with us, and to Ada Ventures, Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital for backing what we’re building.
There’s a lot more ahead, and we can’t wait to share what comes next!
