InTouchNow AI is a healthcare technology company based in Borehamwood. We build conversational AI call handling for NHS general practice: voice agents that answer every call on presentation, follow the practice’s own call handling process, and pass anything that needs a human back to the practice team as a completed form.
We started in 2019 running human GP call centres, added COVID vaccination volume during 2020 and 2021, and built our voice AI second. Today more than 150 practices trust us with their patient calls, including out of hours and bank holidays.
We are an AI-native company. Across the business and inside our product, AI does the majority of the work while our team oversees, trains and improves it. That is how a small team supports so many practices, and how our product keeps getting better.

Our product lives inside the workflow of a GP practice. Everything we build has to work at 8:00am on a Monday, for a receptionist under real pressure. Nothing about it is theoretical.
Small team, direct ownership
Our team is compact by design. You will speak to the practice managers who use what you build, and you will see the impact in the following week’s calls.
